What is the Campus&Co. Chicago return, exchange & refund policy?

Campus&Co. Chicago strives for a quick, easy and positive return experience and has established the following guidelines in the event a purchase must be returned or exchanged:

Returns:

We have temporarily suspended all perishable/grocery returns until further notice in order to protect our employees and customers.  Should you have any reason to be unsatisfied with your perishable/grocery items, we will do everything we can to reach an agreeable resolution.  Please contact admin.chicago@campusandco.com within 24 hours of your purchase, include pictures and an explanation, and our Customer Experience team will process your return request.

Exchanges:

Where available, a returned product will be exchanged for the same product. If the same product is not available, a similar product of equal or lesser value can be exchanged.

Refunds:

We do not give cash refunds. Refunds are given as store credit.
